Well I'm a bit late for this challenge but still wanted to give it a go. The colours we had to use were Chocolate Chip, Close to Cocoa, Really Rust, Certainly Celery and Whisper White.
This is what I came up with.
I used the Stampin' Up markers on the tree stamp, huffed and puffed and stamped then huffed and puffed again to stamp the shadow.
Stamps: Lovely as a Tree, Warmest Regards, Sanded
Cardstock: Really Rust, Whisper White, Certainly Celery, Close to Cocoa
Inks: Really Rust, Versamark
Accessories: Chocolate Chip ribbon, sponges, Certainly Celery brads, Corner ticket punch. Stampin Up markers - Really Rust, Certainly Celery
I had to make another Sympathy card so this is the one that I ended up with. The Stampin' Up colour wheel is a wonderful tool.
Stamps: Close as a Memory, Warmest Regards, Itty Bitty Backgrounds, Sanded
Inks: Mellow Moss, So Saffron
Cardstock: Mellow Moss, Regal Rose, So Saffron, Ballet Blue, Watercolour paper.
Accessories: Stampin' Up markers - So Saffron, Mellow Moss, Ballet Blue, Regal Rose,

A couple more

These are from the stamping day I had with Karen. Fantastic fun. When are we on again Karen? lol
I used the Wanted stamp set to stamp the background and the layered scallop circle. The papers are from the Round Up Simply Scrappin' set. Ribbon is Groovy Guava. Cardstock is Groovy Guava and the inks used are Close to Cocoa, Sage Shadow and Groovy Guava. The sentiment is from It's your birthday.
This card was the first for the day on Saturday. It wasn't working for me at all until Idecided to do the trees. I stamped the Paisley background stamp in Sage Shadow onto Sage Shadow cardstock. The Trees were done with Chocolate Chip ink as was the sentiment. 'Dad' is a Lucy's stamp. The rest of the supplies were Stampin' Up.
The strip underneath 'Dad' is from the Outlaw designer series paper. I also used a ticket corner punch (which unfortunately isn't in our current catty) The other colour cardstock is Really Rust.
Hodgepodge hardware completed the card.
Hope you like and thanks for looking.

Summer by the Sea

I wanted to try my hand at watercolouring. I'm certainly not an expert and I'm definitely in need of lots of practice. I've had my Summer by the Sea set for many moons so that was my goal today, to get an image decently coloured.

Here's the result. I don't think it's too bad. I used Apricot Appeal, Blush Blossom, Pretty in Pink, Lavender Lace, Certainly Celery, Mellow Moss and Creamy Caramel.

The stamp that I used on the middle layer is from the Boho Backgrounds set. 'Friends' is a Stamp It stamp that seemed to suit the card perfectly.

Thanks for looking.
