I've finished it!!!!! This is a birthday present for a friend of mine. The photo is one that her MIL 'borrowed' for me and I copied. This desk calendar is one of the Beyond the Page items by Kaisercraft. Unfortunately, I'm not very good at doing this sort of work so the decorating was a bit beyond me. Luckily for me, Amanda is not a frilly sort of person anyway. I am not a painter either, so you won't see the back of this at all. lol Well, it's not that bad çause I am giving it as a gift. Yes, I know the photo is oval and doesn't really 'go' but that was the shape of the original that I had to copy. The papers are Lovestruck, one of the new range by Kaisercraft with matching brads. Thank you to Robyn for the idea of adding a big square matching brad to the bulldog clip. I twisted the actual brad arms off and then used foam squares to fill the back of the brad up and attach to the clip.
Cardstock - Kaisercraft Lovestruck dp, Bazzill Fourz red (don't know the name)
Accessories - SU Scalloped edge punch, Kaisercraft bling and brads, Prima flowers and SU night of navy narrow grosgrain ribbon.
Thanks for looking.

What a neat gift. Love that bulldog clip - it's totally classy, and the oval picture looks fine - it kind of breaks up all the corners. Great job on this!
