This is a card I made for Jan to give to another girlfriend, Heather. Heather loves maroon/burgundy and she also likes old doilies so I thought this image would be appropriate. That papers I've used are again like the Thatched Cottage from Papermania, this time the Regency collection. The card sketch that inspired my card is this one by Janneke .
I didn't distress any of the edges because I feel distressing is an acquired taste and I don't think my friends would like it very much.
Anyway when I gave it to Jan she was very happy with it. Actually I am too. lol
Flowers and lace are from my stash. The pins are from UK, USA and Australia and the charm was purchased from the UK. The chain that the charm is hanging from came from a fabulous beading shop here in Mackay.
Hope you like my 'vintage' card.
Thanks for visiting.
